Join us for a weekly 3 mile run with other runners who are pregnant or postpartum. Maintaining your fitness while pregnant or postpartum can be a challenge. This community is designed for pregnant and postpartum women to get the support you need during this journey. With a group of amazing runners (and walkers), you can share and gain knowledge from others who are going through the same experience as a mother runner.
When: Saturday mornings at 7:30 am

What: Gentle Warm up
3 mile run: from the clinic to the trail leading to Penitencia Creek Park, around the park and return.
